What was the highlight of Hotel Costa Sur Resort
Floor 1 to 4 please!
Great private beach , protected from the surf, perfect for snorkeling and youngsters. Good restaurant. Friendly staff. Easy 15 mn bus ride for 10 pesos to Zina romantica. Got to see whales from the room and the beach.
Unfortunately very noisy rooms because of traffic on floors 5 and above.

NO BEACH
Beautiful room and view. Very clean and quiet.
THERE IS NO BEACH!!! I went for a beach vacation. Way too far from restaurants and beaches! Pool was very very crowded. Will not return. Spent too much money on taxis.

The staff and people staying at the motel were very pleasant, but we were certainly disappointed overall, and would not
We like the location and it was very convenient to have the store in House as an option and the staff were very accommodating and it had nice views
The property was very rundown. It needed a lot of maintenance. We were replaced in the older building, and when we checked into our room, it was freezing the briefing room was damp, even the bed. They called shortly after check-in and ask us to schedule an appointment to view the timeshare option at that time I told him we were very unhappy with our room and the guy said OK and hung up. It was next to impossible to get a beach chair around the pool. People would go the night before and lay one beach towel across three or four seats and you wouldn’t see all day. The staff did not help with the removal of towels however, when asked they would bring out other seats, which made it very crowded.
